We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, intimate products, or customized items, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us before returning the product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
